Kipi Investment Passive Income Monthly Report for November - December 2013

Kipi Investment Product does it really work | How you can make money online with Kipi

Welcome to our Passive Income Investment Monthly Report for November - December 2013.

By working on enhancing a certain skill set, I know that these skills will directly affect my growth as an online entrepreneur, and in a nutshell determine how much more and how much less successful my career will be.

What are these skills, how have I gone about acquiring them, and how have they earned me an extra income in my Kipi investment income business?

My main focus these past two months is on personal development and marketing. These two area's are important for any network marketing, mlm or persons in business to continuously focus on and consistently work on. Certainly the end result of sharpening this skill set results in an increase in your earning potential.

Not only does this report cover how taking a keen interest in my personal development improved how I make money online, it also covers how to better market your business opportunity, and lastly the report covers my income earnings for the months of November and December 2013.

Sometimes being over dramatic in the pursuit of the things you want and things you need to achieve, tends to be rather painful to start off with, but pays off at the end. In other words, don't be scared to fulfill your dreams.

Things Turned Out Better Than Expected

At the beginning of November when I did some personal reflection and realised that well over 90% of the people who joined my team - didn't join because of how great a business opportunity I presented to them was. They joined the person who introduced the business opportunity to them. Trying to understand this simple fact literally stopped me from working any further on my Kipi online business.

The reason for "downing tools" is because the sooner I can truly understand the science behind running a successful and profitable network marketing business, the sooner I can share that knowledge with my team and continue to positively influence the lives of those I come in contact with and work with.

I went back to the drawing board in search of powerful personal development tools and ways to improve myself and my online business. What is most interesting is the long list of what I need to work on. At first site, it's overwhelming and a lot to take in. The best approach is choosing a handful of things, maybe 3 or 4 points of development, and focusing just on those points.

The entire drive and purpose behind the past two months stemmed from wanting to get in touch more with people I come into contact with, customers and the team I work with. The image above captures and summarizes the past two months. Its even more powerful when I capture it in my own words:

There are NO problems, ONLY solutions.
A customer is the most important visitor on my premises.
A customer is not dependent on me. I am dependent on them.
A customer is not an interruption of my work. They are the purpose of it.
A customer is not an outsider of my business. They are a part of it.
I am not doing a customer a favor by serving them.
The customer is doing me a favor by giving me the opportunity to serve them.

This is the good stuff! This is what I've committed to work on - changing how I approach things, changing my focus. I've spent lots of time indulging in the work of Anfried Klein-Werner, a highly successful motivational coach. Over time, and continuously going through what he has put together - I'm certain it will have a positive and life changing effect on me, and my personal growth and development.

Business Report & Money Matters

In late September 2013, the 24th to be exact, I joined the Kipi Community. The excitement of embarking on a new journey and working on having an extra income stream continuously streams through my mind. With Kipi making money has been such an empowering experience. This second part of my report covers my income earnings made with Kipi's Investment platform. To get fully updated from the day I joined Kipi, and used it as an investment vehicle and as a business opportunity, read my Kipi Passive Income October 2013 report.

As of the 01 November 2013 - my total amount invested with Kipi is R33 300. Meaning this is money which I withdraw from my bank account and I'm doing something different and worth my while with it. As you may know, with Kipi you earn daily interest on your money invested - and to track my daily progress I use a simple excel spreadsheet.

(Click the image to enlarge it). See the 'G' column with heading 'Daily Interest Earned'. What you will see is how on a day-to-day basis I've earned R200 to R400 for being a Kipi community member and using the Kipi investment platform.

In the 'F' column with heading 'Interest Earned' - that is the total interest I've earned as a Kipi community member from the day I made my first Kipi investment on the 24th September 2013. On the 15th November, R12 202.96 total interest earned over the months. That's really powerful.

You may have noticed in columns 'H' and ' i ', numbers in red as R20 494.86. Kipi works as an exchange program or perhaps I can even say Kipi partially works like a Stockvel. What this means is that as a Kipi member, money is directly deposited into my bank account by another member. The numbers in red (R20 494.86) is the amount I'm safeguarding till such a time when a Kipi community member is ready to cash in on their investment. At this point the Kipi exchange program system may request me to send a portion of the funds I'm safeguarding to the Kipi member who is cashing out their investment.

(Click the image to enlarge it). To fast forward a bit from November to the end of December. I'm trying to get to the point where on a daily basis I earn R1000. That's a comfortable place for me. Right before Christmas, on the 22 December 2013 - I dropped an extra R22 000 into the Kipi community and created a Kipi investment dream. My dream this time is to Buy Building Materials For Renovations.

What happened after creating this new Kipi investment dream blew my mind. Instead of earning R200 - R400 of daily interest, I started earning R400 - R900 daily interest: see the 26th December row. That's some good money being earned. Just for a second, imagine where earning R500 or earning R1000 per day puts you in 365 days from now? You can make it happen. I always tell my team members "I can only help you, but you need to make it happen".

At the end of December 2013, in total I have invested R56 300. The total interest I have earned is R36 242.83. As I have invested this amount of money, the Kipi investment exchange program has allocated me to safeguard and keep in my personal bank account R32 574.83. This is again a really powerful aspect of the Kipi  community because I have close to 60% of my R56 300 investment put back into my personal bank account. Which leaves 40% of my investment exposed to the risks any investment faces. So that's something I've come to terms with because it puts me in a better position than the leading financial investment products where nothing is guaranteed.

Kipi Investment Product - A Good Product for Extra Income

I'm looking forward to the new year and what 2014 has to bring. From September 2013 till December 2013, these past 4 months have been a good test platform for me. I needed to know if Kipi's investment program works as a stand alone product, and so it's fair of me to conclude that it work very well. I needed to know this because prior experience has taught me that not everybody is interested in recruiting people, and not everybody is interested in building a network marketing team.

Some people just prefer enjoying the benefits of the product and nothing else. Personally, I prefer to work with a mixture of product interested persons, and network marketing team builders. You can work with me on the Kipi Business Opportunity project and start generating an income.

Over the course of this year, I'm interested to find out just how many people I can introduce the Kipi business opportunity to. I want to explore the Kipi network marketing side of the business and see what profits and income one can earn from referral bonuses structure they have in place. In a future blog post, I'll certainly cover the Kipi referral bonus structure, and how to best build a network for maximum earning.

No doubt, I'll also take you on my journey so you can see what things I'm implementing, what things work, what things don't work, and in general how to crack the whip to making a good reliable income.

Last Words About the Report

Its one of my favourite times to sit down and write a monthly report. It inspires to look back and critically go through all the events which took place, to reflect and seek new or better ways of doing things. Working on developing my Kipi Business is such an exciting time for me - especially over coming challenges and coming into contact with amazing people who I would never have come across. Having a positive attitude and an open mind to the million possibilities out there certainly makes life a lot more fun.

The Kipi Investment Business Opportunity Monthly report of November 2013 - December 2013 certainly has major area's of improvement and topics to focus on.
